On this sensitive and touchy issue and with the conviction that it is more blessed to give than to receive, FEDES offers the possibility of participating with specific donations toward:

• Wheelchairs: Procurement of each wheelchair from its introduction into the country to its assembly in our workshop costs $ 6,000 (Chilean pesos, approximately US$12. We cannot charge the beneficiary that cost. For each donation of such an amount, FEDES will supply a wheelchair to whomever may need it within the metropolitan area of Santiago.
• Containers of medical equipment or supplies for hospitals. Shipping of these items entails operational costs both in the US and Chile. Individuals, institutions and business companies contribute toward making this initiative possible, thereby equipping hospitals or other such similar non-profit organizations.
• Donations in cash for supporting any of the Foundation’s programs and projects.
